Yes, no worries! You don’t have to be home when we stop by your place, we’ll find a way into the hallway and deliver the box at your door. If you live in a fortress and there’s no way of entering without a magic word, we might try again. But if we can't get in after trying two times, and if we can't reach you by phone, our drivers will drop off your box at our warehouse in Frederiksborgvej 59, 2400 København NV, where you must pick it up the next day (Wednesday) between 9am and 17 pm.
Here’s how a GRIM delivery works
On Monday, you’ll receive a text message with the estimated time frame of your delivery.
On Tuesday, our drivers from Mover, the delivery company we use, deliver your box during the expected time frame stated in the text message.
In case they can’t get into your apartment building (by ringing your neighbours' doorbells), they try to call you to arrange a box delivery.
No matter if you pick up or not, they deliver the box to you a second time after they’ve finished their normal route.
When they still can’t deliver the box to you, they drive it back to our warehouse in Nordvest, where you will have to pick it up on Wednesday (the following day).
Our warehouse is located in Frederiksborgvej 59, 2400 København NV, and the pickup happens between kl. 9 and 17. Our warehouse is NOT the car dealer, but in the backyard of the same building. To find us, enter from Dortheavej or Bispevej through the gates and follow the signs.
When you don't specify a delivery time frame when signing up, a time frame is automatically generated to you on a weekly basis according to what is most efficient for the route.
